The latest addition to the Mount Pleasant industrial area, this four-storey office and commercial building uses structural thermal breaks for energy efficiency and includes a green roof. The use of efficient flat slabs on steel columns supports a modern and streamlined construction approach.  This design choice aims to minimize intrusion into workspaces, enhancing the overall functionality and openness of the interior.
