Sunset House

This modern oceanfront home, located on a steeply sloping site, was designed to enjoy all kinds of blue - the ocean, the pool, and the sky. The use of exposed board formed concrete walls allowing for beautiful integration of structural engineering and architecture as demonstrated by the impressive 40-foot long, unobstructed opening to the pool. Its 14-foot cantilevered board formed concrete canopy extending out from the opening.
