Located in North Vancouver, this project is a new 4-storey mixed-use development with over 7,000 square feet of retail space and 43 residential units. The project, designed to enhance the area of Marine Drive, will include new sidewalks, street trees, furnishings, and boulevards. There will be parking located at the rear of the development to serve residential and commercial needs. The development will also feature a landscape deck just above the first floor which will serve as an amenity for the residents.
