This residential project is designed with sustainability in mind. It features community gardens, a wall system that incorporates shading elements and a central courtyard with water features. The gardens are there to provide as much natural shade for the occupants as possible in order to reduce energy consumption in the summer. The gardens also provide the residents with the opportunity to grow their own produce as well as encourage them to compost as much as possible.
