FRASER DOWNS RACETRACK & CASINO

Fraser Downs Racetrack & Casino has undergone a significant renovation which was welcomed by the community of Cloverdale in south Surrey.  The intent was to provide for a more inviting and welcoming modern interior and to improve the customer’s overall experience.

To accommodate for more open spaces, major floor areas were removed and reinstated along with removing and retrofitting existing shearwalls.  The existing building was founded on piles which proved to be a challenge when considering revisions to floors and shearwalls, however, WHM’s team was able to provide quick advice and recommendations to ensure the success of the project.
