WHM was faced with many structural challenges through the renovation and expansion of this modern style, North Vancouver home. The renovation of the existing house required significant engineering to introduce an open concept floor plan on the upper level. The natural light amplified the desired “natural look” and integration into nature. The expansion of the house included a stand-alone garage structure.
