PICKERING CASINO

Developing cost-effective designs for large projects is one of WHM’s specialties. A recent Casino Resort project east of Toronto has allowed WHM to showcase this specific design talent. Early in the project, WHM employed an integrated project delivery system allowing our design team to work in tandem with the steel fabricators and their modelling program to improve coordination and thus accelerate the overall project schedule.

This large-scale project is over 1 million square feet, incorporating entertainment, sport, dining, hotel, retail and parking within the casino complex making it one of the largest Casino Resorts built in Canada.
