RIVER PARK PLACE

River Park Place is a fresh, modern development in the Oval Village, Richmond, BC. This 1,000,000 square foot mixed-used development will consist of 542 new condos and townhouses in three distinct towers. The three components bring structural and architectural variety to the project. WHM was presented with various seismic and foundation design challenges due to the project’s location near the south arm of the Fraser River. These challenges were addressed by employing advanced analytical techniques.

Once complete, River Park Place will be a reflection of top-class structural engineering. The residential units will offer all the comforts of a new modern home and will feature well designed, spacious suites with high-end finishes. The development will also include facilities such as communal gardens, a fitness centre, music rooms, and basketball courts.
