NORTH VANCOUVER RESIDENCE 2

This 4,500 square foot residence is arranged over three storeys and is situated in Deep Cove. The Sharpe Residence will be constructed mainly of wood and steel and is situated on a sloping site which provides sweeping views of North Vancouver from every room on all levels. The use of exposed heavy timber and steel create unique structural elements throughout the house and allow for a warm, expansive central space in the residence.
