UBC TOTEM PARK PHASE 2
The University of British Columbia was undergoing significant growth and WHM was able to respond with a cost-effective structural system. During the schematic phase of the project, WHM presented six alternate schemes such that each one could be assessed based on cost, material availability and speed of construction. Ultimately, having completed the successful Ponderosa Hubs, a flat plate concrete structure was selected. Upon completion of the project, Totem Park welcomed 350 new students in the 12,000 square meter facility.
