View Royal Casino was undergoing a major expansion which included an increase in slots and table games, a new theatre, lounge, restaurant and several gathering spaces. This complemented the existing casino which has became an exciting venue for the local communities.

WHM designed the structure with structural steel on traditional concrete foundations. To create the large cantilevered frame encasing the theatre, WHM utilized belly-trusses and wall bracing to optimize the cantilever while minimizing material use.

Area of the new suspended structure is approximately 46,000 square feet.
