Located in North Vancouver, this project is a new 4-storey mixed-use development with over 7,000 square feet of retail space and 43 residential units. The project, designed to enhance the area of Marine Drive, includes new sidewalks, street trees, furnishings, and boulevards. There is parking located at the rear of the development to serve residential and commercial needs. The development also features a landscape deck just above the first floor which serves as an amenity for the residents.
